I don't like to make pressure but after Peter said i will receive my money iam now waiting for the money to appear on my Visa but to now it seems its not the case.
Maybe Winner means something else when they said Rollback.
But how Peter said I have to wait for maybe 3 months to get an answer from the Commission.

You made a complaint to the Antigua and Barbuda Directorate of Offshore Gaming Commission on 13th of Oct 2013. That means 16 days ago. During that period of 16 days, you received 2 emails from the Commission: one was that your complain was accepted and they will inform you when the report on your case is done, and the second email was when they told you they don't need a copy of your ID.
Also during that period of time (16days) you received 2 emails from WinnerPoker. Well now the most important thing is that you are interested to receive emails from the Commission only, because they investigate your case with WinnerPoker.
Most of the gambling commissions worldwide including Antigua & Barbuda have thousands of complaints around the whole world. Usually they have period for every single case to be solved.
Everey single case of complint is individual and the legal final conclussion of every case takes from 3 months untill 6 months. The period which your case will be solved by this commisssion is based on:
1.) How many cases they have right now 2.) The subject of your case (rejected withdrawal)
This commission has complaints not only from WinnerPoker but from other poker & casino sites as well.
They are slowing down probably with the final results of your case, because the Commission has ordered a report to WinnerPoker about your case. The Commission asked WinnerPoker what are the reasons that you have rejected cashout. WinnerPoker has to send the Commission a report with evidences on your case why your cashout was rejected.
But if WinnerPoker still didn't send that report to the Commission, that is why the Commission still can't make the final conclussion of your case.
There are legal periods! WinnerPoker within 90 days has to send the commision a report about your case. That is why they are slowing down, they still have time to answer. But Winner will answer within 90 days because if not, the Commission will fine WinnerPoker for $50 000!!!
But that doesn't mean that your case will be resolved within 3 months or 6 months. It could be finished after one week or two weeks. The period is determined when Winner is answering fast to the commission, not to slowing down the answers.
In my previous post I have told you to ask the commision. Now I will write you what to ask them. Copy/Paste the following content and send it here:

Dear Inspector,
As you already know I am a online poker player of WinnerPoker. And your Commission is responsible for all the actions of WinnerPoker because you have issuued a licensee of Zirconium Gaming Limited which is active untill Monday, August 11, 2014.
On 13th of Oct. 2013 (16 days ago) I've sent a complaint to your Commission regarding my case with WinnerPoker. They refused to pay me $1000 without any explanation untill today. The Withdrawal was rejected and still I don't have any information from WinnerPoker on what matter the Withdrawal was rejected. Once they sent me an email that they suspect collussion but, they didn't explain with any arguments, facts and evidences how I was suspected in collussion.
I was a correct and loyal WinnerPoker online poker player and I never had any problems on that matter.
That is why, on 13th of Oct. I sent you a complaint, with the filled blanks explaining all the details regarding my specific case.
But unfortunately, untill now (16 days later) I don't have any information about my case from Your Commission.
I do understand that The Directorate of Offshore Gaming has a lot of work with thousands of complaints worlwide and I am in the queue my case to be solved.
But what I would like to ask you very kindly, during what period of time (3 months or 6 months) my case will be finished. Could you please, send me an email when I will receive the final report of Your Commission regarding my case and what did you done untill now and is there any chance to receive my money back from WinnerPoker.
I really trust your Commision and I hope everything will finish fine and you could help me.
By the way, I am a member of The BankrollMob site and the Customer Support (Help Desk) Agent of that site tried to contact WinnerPoker Support about my case, and untill now there is not an official statement from WinnerPoker. Still they keep silence and they doesn't answer to our emails.

Checked the day you posted the thread, was on September 24th so thats more than a month now. The problem you are facing and its possible solution as stated by Peter, which again has been a great help to your issue, can take a few more months to be resolved. So you will have to have some more patience on this, with the the aspect that you may not be vindicated.

Cant belive Lati , i started with Bankrollmob Offer and with 15 $ , now i have about 100$ and i call online support and they say to me : You need just to deposit , because you have earned enought WAPonts you can make withdraw when you want. Should i belive them? what is your suggestion?

How Peter7878 said, you will probably not have problems if you withdraw 100 or 200 usd. It always worked for me. Never had problems depositing or to make a withdraw. But just don't accept any bonuses for your deposit because than maybe you have to wager your deposit. So speak to the support and clear this things. I don't think you have to worry about this.

I also started with 15$ and have around 150$ now (last night placed 2nd on 1k$ freeroll ) My problem is how to make that small deposit because I do not have visa or master or any bank credit card What do you think can I use my friend's visa to deposit and also to withdraw to his card? I did it on pokerstars without any problems - they never asked who's name is on that visa when I deposited and also they did not ask when I withdrew the money. However, after reading this whole thread it makes me wonder if they will make some problems because I will make a deposit from the card that is not on my name and then when I request a cashout can they stop it because of different name? What should I do?

I haven't done it yet. I am wondering if they will make some issues when I decide to cash out because the card I am planning to use is not on my name...As I said already, I had no problems with that on pokerstars but after reading all what was written here I do not know what to do...?

I make about 100$ and about 85 WinnerPoints.After this i call winner online support , and after little conversation they told me that i must to do next steps to make a withdraw. I must deposit at least 10$ , and then i'm able to withdraw because I have 85 Winner Points. I make deposit via Moneybookers ( Skrill ) , dont make stupid thing you must have moneybookers on same mail as registering so please count on that or you can have big problems. And yes i send them photo from my Passport for verification.

Hi, I have been reading this thread and just to clarify, because seems that everybody missed it, they said that that rollback is processed, not the withdrawal.
Rollback means that they will take your money and give it back to other players damaged by that alleged collusion.
I also play at winner and i hope you will resolve this soon. GL

Klosar22 its not Rollback who is damaged here? I play only freerolls now because i achived points needed for withdraw. Rollback is for robbed players i think , you know hackers can resend hole bankroll to other 5-6 accounts not to one i think.

Are you really serious that you want to use a credit card which is not yours? You are lucky that you hadn't problems with PokerStars, but don't try this again! It is very risky! You will violate the Terms & Conditions of the poker room. They will block your account and take your funds.
Don't try this again! It is very easy to have a debit card. Just go the bank and order a debit card. You don't need money to issue a debit card.
If the poker room suspect that you use a debit/credit card which is NOT on your name, they will freeze your account and confiscate your funds. They will ask you for a copy of the debit/credit card (first 8 numbers hidden of the front site of the card, the three numbers (CVV2) hidden of the back site of the card)
If you don't send them a copy of your card, when their security department ask for that your account will be blocked permanently.
You are lucky that your cashout was successful. PokerStars didn't suspect you that you use a debit/credit card which is not yours, that is why your cashout was successful. But if they suspect you, huge problems will begin for you. They will ask you to send them bank documents, bank statements, a copy of your bank card etc.
The easiest thing in the world is to open a bank account. Just go to the nearest bank office and open a bank account on your name, and they will give you a debit card. You don't need any money to open one (except for some small fees).
If you use debit/credit cards in future which are not yours, and if the poker room catch you, nobody will be able to help you! I am serious about that! Even if you make a complaint to a State Gambling Commission, they will not help you either, because it will be obvious that you violated the Terms & Conditions of the poker room.
One more advice: Before cashing out, make a deposit of $10 (only in case you didn't deposited at the poker room the last six months) and then wait 48 hours, then make a withdrawal.
Don't try this again, if you don't want to lose your poker account.

Like Peter said, you will have to be really lucky not to have problems with it. Why starting playing like that when at the end you risk everything. It can be both waste of money and time, plus a ban from a site you are playing.
Debit card needs bank account, while prepaid Visa or MasterCard doesnt. And its easy to get one.

Thanks for your replies. Maybe like you said I was lucky but I do not see that I did something so wrong to be banned...When I deposited in order to cash out on pokerstars(also won money on free rolls) I did not have any credit/debit card, bank account and no one asked me any questions when my friend offered me his card to help me. The deposit was instant and any poker room will ask you only for numbers of your card and CVV2. No one cares about your name, address, or whatever - and that is fine with me. I also believe it should be the same when you cash out and it was as far as pokerstars is concerned...
Now, when you are telling me all these things I do not think I will do it with the Winner, even though I do not see the problem because when you deposit they do not care for the name....
Anyway, it does not solve my problem because in my town there is only one bank that issues cards that can be used for internet payments (talking about CVV2) and about one year ago my account in that bank was closed but that is another story (I took some loans, paid them back later than I should and now I cannot get any card from that bank)
what i do in cases like this and believe when i say there have been lots-I simply explain to them that i am a member at several forums and I will post in every forum and give them such a bad reputation that no players will want to play there.....OMG works everytime
