bonus requests field you have a tip with small letters and here is the tip bonus requests, usually 3-4 days (weekends excluded), so please have patience - thanks!

I miss by not usually take so, what I recommend is that if you spend over a week support comunicate with someone and ask them if there is a problem with your bonus .
