I don't suppose anyone on here can help, I keep getting an error saying that the bankrollmob freeroll is restricted despite following all the instructions. William Hills support keep saying i need to contact someone here but no one is on chat. Any advice?

The online chat doesnt work at the moment.
Probably they should remove that link till it comes back again cause it confuses lots of new members.

You should email BRM support about this from your personal page.

Considering the fact the freeroll is played today i do not think you can get an answer in resonable time from BRM support.

My advice would be to elaborate the problem here, maybe admin can help you if he spot your thread!

Did you create your William Hill account through BRM?

I notice that some of them only allow folks that have done so to play in their BRM freerolls.

It looks as if it was cancelled anyway for some reason (Maybe i wasn't the only one having problems)

I signed up and got tracked through BRM and made the deposit requirements. It's annoying :/
