Party Poker cashout fee???  0
Today I was a kind of happy, I won the $200 BRM Freeroll at Party Big Smile, then I tried to cashout some money and they charged me 3%!!! Aww crap! Aww crap! Aww crap! Aww crap!

They never charged me nothing at all but a 3% fee it's tooooo much, if you cash out $1000 they will charge you $30. Does anyone know something about this?

I alwas cashed out through Skirll and Neteller. Is any option where they don't charge you any fee?

What option did you use to cash out? I normally cashout straight to my bank account, and they take a reasonable cut on the change of US$ to Canadian$, I find other sites charge me more than PartyPoker to convert the money. As long as it is reasonable I won't gripe.

Cashout directly to a VISA account has a fixed fee of $2.50 but I use INSTADEBIT. It takes a wile longer but it's completely free to cashout that way. Only thing is that instadebit takes a $1.50 fee to cashout from them. I still find this to be the best way for a low cost.

Haha many people are learning it the hard way, those fees are a bit too much most other poker rooms does not take a fee on the popular ewallet.

This changed like months ago when partypoker started going down, lots of regulars were leaving and most of them was complaining about the high cashout fee.

It is really a lot 3% for a micro player cashout is a lot and they just focusing on profit, they have rake and then they put high cashout fees lol

Anyway what are your plans are you staying with them or are you quitting after this cashout??

My advice take out your money and flee to other poker sites, go to stars, full tilt or ipoker skins more reliable and no cashout fees on popular ewallet.

Sorry you learned the hard way!! But you will get your money hopefully!

Edit On another note, not getting points though I think my post long enough and helpful!! Sad

Try next time perhaps a ewallet like skrill or neteller, i thin this payout fee is not from Party. But the best way is to send a mail to the supprt and ask them. Or read the agb, there you can read all important informations.

I used Skrill to cash out, as always, I read the fee is new and is applied to Neteller too. I am thinking about cashing out all my money and deposit it somewhere else.

Aww crap! Aww crap! Aww crap!

The just do what I do. Simply get an account at INSTADEBIT and use that. Here's a quick guide for you:

1. Go to http://www.instadebit.com/
2. Create an account
3. Verify your account (through an email link if I remember correctly)
4. Register your bank account to be able to withdraw money from Instadebit, it'll take a few bank days but the process is fairly simple
5. Deposit $10 onto your newly created account, it'll take a few bank days for the transfer to get through
6. Deposit the $10 onto your PartyPoker account
7. You can now make UNLIMITED withdrawals (minimum $10) from PartyPoker to Instadebit FOR FREE
8. Withdraw the money from Instadebit for the low cost of $1.50
9. After the 6 months have passed, simply make a new $10 deposit to be able to withdraw funds for another 6 months

These 9 simple steps lets your cash out as much as you want from PartyPoker with nearly no cost what so ever. And if you want, keep the amount you have cashed out and build up a nice amount on your Instadebit account and then withdraw all of it at ones for only one single fee of $1.50.

I don't know why people say that it's expensive to cash out from PartyPoker, I sure as h*ll don't see $1.50 as a big prize to pay for a decent cashout...

I might be wrong so OP please correct me if i am but, in this case, i dont think it is worth it to create an instadebit account.
The fee that u mention to withdraw from them is probably the same (or bigger) than what those 3% represent to the cashout Fer8973 wanted to do in the first place.

As long as the amount he wanted to cash out was LESS then $50 then yes, those 3% is less. However, say that he wants to cash out $20 3 times, that means a total fee of $1,80. So in the long run, Instadebit is better. In my opinion, sure, a $10 cash out is still a cash out, BUT, I think that $10 isn't really worth cashing out in the first place.

So well, at least for me, that Instadebit solution is the best one. And besides, if you want to move the money to any other poker site, I don't think there should be any problems depositing from Instadebit. This means that you can completely FREE cash out from PartyPoker and deposit to, say, PokerStars.

And it might be a lot of work but if stars cash out policy is better then party's, then just use the above method to move money over to stars and then cash out.

I would just take the fee once and never play at that shitty platform again.

Well, I have to admit that the changes they made to their software recently was just a huge misstep and it set the site back quite a bit. But I still like it for some reason that I honestly can't understand. Maybe I'm a bit nostalgic since it's the first online poker room I ever played at...

Nice one winning that.

I should have played, I got the email inviting me but it wouldn't let me in. Livechat were unable to manually add me.

I forwarded email and added screenshot of not being allowed to join, at their request, just gotta wait now and see what they do. I wasn't the only one though, they said they have had other complaints about it

I cashout out there once on my bank account and they took me a big amount of cash Thumbs Down

This was actually one of the main reasons among others for which i quit playing at PP...

If they have introduced that to all their payment schemes then its pretty lame.
Another thing to put a fee in order to cover expenses that may occur from a specific
transaction and another to make a profit from it.
