When did you requested the bonus ?

It took 3 or 4 days for me to receive the bonus
Otherwise you should contact support, they will look at your request

Hmm you should received it soon, I got it withing a week if not sooner if i remember. Good luck once you get the bonus, hope you grow it to a substantial amount then withdraw your winnings and keep crushing poker!!

Also if you think that you did something wrong or not sure about the steps you can contact the bankroll mob support, there is a live support button up front click it and you should get all the required help from Bankroll mob. Anyway good luck again and hope you enjoy the tables!!

Since you almost waited two full weeks i guess it's also time to contact support Thumbs Up

Also check on the mob account the status of this bonus, there you should see if another is the problem for which you did not get it yet.

I think your better off contacting Winner Poker "Online Support". You can find it inside the software on top, they will probably check your status and hopefully credit the bonus manually if you are eligible. If they don't do that it probably means BankRollMob hasn't sent the full details in yet.

I contacted BRM-support and the next day it was on my Winner-account.
But that could be coincidence.
