i know theres already 888casino and 888poker (was about to register there til i realized they offer no rakeback whatsoever unless ur super high roller and play NL50 or so to make rakeback kick in).

Normally the clearing rules at online casinos are verry strong, but to try the software and to have a little bit fun it is ok. And a now dep Bonus is the best way to try the software and who knows, perhaps a hot run build a nice bankroll

There is no connection between this casino and the 888poker site/casino.
I think this is a bit of a marketing trick from their part to try to get as many new players as possbile, but i personally think it's not such a good one.
If they offer what they promise i guess it's okay.

Nope. They usualy do. But you have to read the fineprint very very carefully, because the details, espacially the bonus terms, decide what's good for the players, and what's not.
