Hi Admin.

I sent in a ticket last week about that I'm not able to request the 24h Poker NDB. I requested it and got a message saying I needed to try again basically. The problem now is that I can't request it since it's marked as rejected. So my question is: Why am I asked to re-request the bonus when I can't do so?

Another question is: When will I get an answer to my ticket? And can you maybe fix this problem right away?

Erru, more people has your problem but luckly a rep of the poker site registered on the BRM forum!

Yeah I know that but my problem isn't with the poker site, it's with BRM since I'm not even able to request the bonus.
