Tilt? Exit your poker room, dont carry on and dont jump to a higher stake or you will lose your money just like me. I was on tilt the other night and lost two giant pots but just had the strength to save my last remaining BR and I am glad I did. GL at the tables mate.

It´s verry easy to be on tilt after this massive suckouts and losing coinflips. The best way is a little break. You can use the break for education in some of the poker schools or read some Blogs to get ne motivation.

As it has been said a break is the best medicine here. At some point frustration and anger takes over and thats when you do the worst game possible. Now if you top this with the hand results, the outcome can be a huge loss.
take a break....relax and dont rush on playing...take time to review or games...see your hand history and look for actions you made...and what was the outcome....me i play omaha and i have seen my hands very much ahead on the flop and turn only to lose in the river by a gutshot or a runner runner....

That is me all over and I try and keep calm but the anger etc takes over until I realize I have to leave or have suffered a huge loss.
