They will do the update, dont worry about that. It is weekend at the moment, so definitely it will be up from Monday. Not to mention that sites dont provide with the results instantly, so there is always a delay with the update.

Mober is right, the result aren't posted automatically, they are sent manually to BRM and BRM need to approve them, so they could not switch to the new leaderboard until posting all the results of the old one...
Most probably on monday the change will also take place on the site.

Once the three month leaderboard ends,....there's always a few day delay until the new one gets posted up. Don't worry,...all the results from games in the interim have been recorded...!
Results for the PokerStars leaderboard are usually posted up daily except for weekends,.... Full Tilt results seem to be randomly posted up,...but they usually appear on a Friday and sometimes on a Saturday...!
