I already did that, voting. I LOVE THE GAME. I will play the game, even is for toothpicks, don't care. I LOVE THE GAME!!! But i hate bad beats like no one else, and i'll go out of my mind, even is a friend, or a Russian bad beater! I don't take sides. also i'm not racist. Love Russia, love their blonde girls, their strong vodka and cheap food. But, stop making bad beats!

I have to disagree. When I asked about loving the game, I'm not mean free money table etc. Money is the part of the game because without motivation game would be impossible. If you have nothing to lose then you'll turn into a donkey (with strong hands) or calling station (with weak hands). Also bankroll management is the part of the game too.

Sometimes I play for fun in bar leagues for the social aspect, in some cases play money for the same reason. Play in Casino's because the money BUT mostly for the human experience and attraction of gambling for societal status with different people mostly when you win you get respect from people with varied lives or if your a huge fish with lots of money same thing but if your the odd money player you can luck out and meet someone as an acquaintance but winning at the tables keeps you involved with people who have many other interests and after the tables winnings get invested and ideas other then poker get talked about
As for Shilling yeah do your research and develop a group of friends to discuss emotions and recognize more so how to spot your emotions so when confrontation comes you can keep cool under pressure of the possible crazyness when facing people "bad" and caught. AND JOIN AND TALK TO YOUR LOCAL AND ONLINE GAMES SECURITY WATCHERS and others interested. And relax sometimes people are not paid to promote but just attracted to dumb lower quality offering things for various reasons- you buy a cookie from grandma before a super vitamin enriched cookie guaranteed to get you S3x after you ate it?
Unfortunatelly, live p0ker is illegal in my country, so you can play live games only at illegal places and there you can't find good people.

i play to try and test my skill against other players. i know i am a very ordinary player but would like to think i am learning every day. but winning money is another good reason to play

I ll play online for real money but only recreational ... (a poker session of 1 hour is relaxation for me)
As I only play at low stakes ... profit is not that important to me ... just trying to keep playing and hope my bankroll increases slowly ... Made some major mistakes versus bankrollmanagement in the past (had a BR of over 600 $ and lost it)
Now I play also other cardgames for money (hearts, belotte, ...) also for maximum 1 euro/game.
Just love playing cards and can play without losing money ... which is for me the most important
