The best/worst starting hands?!?!  0
Hello everybody Smile
I had this idea of starting this topic for everyone to rant about how unlucky they are with JJ or to brag how their favorite hand is 27o Smile Also here's a chance for all the people claiming their AA,KK,QQ and so on never hold against 23o, to prove that.

Please post a screenshot of your HEM/PT stats with the most/least profitable starting hands...

Here's a pic of the most profitable hands for me .. looks like my favorite hand, AA, is pretty good for a starting hand ..

The pics on the left are from cashgames and the ones on the right are from MTTs

Hehe I don't think I'm gonna do that .. I don't think I'd be comfortable playing with someone else's money, and I have a nice bankroll to play microstakes with my own money..
Thanks for the tip anyway Peter !

Interesting that although you have won more than 70% of the time with AKo you got a negative bb/100. Shock Shock Shock

May be it would be more interesting to know what hans are given you the higher bb/100 instead of % of winning.
Cool

GL!

Hehe yeah... It's such a small sample and it looks like I lost some big hands with it Big Smile
However the pic shows nicely that the top ranked hands really win most of the time.. So many people are complaining how it's impossible to play against bad players beacause "90% of the time they suck out and hit their draws" or something like that Big Smile
I might add another pic that shows which hands have been the most profitabe in terms of bb/100... and maybe the least profitable hands too Cool

Great idea. The range of different hands that people like or dislike will be huge. I think the favourite hands will be the ones people remember winning a big pot on and the least fav hands will be vice versa. My least fav hand is pocket jacks, i never win with them

I like J9 suited and hit verry often at the flop or get a nice drawing Hand with this Cards. But i don´t like AK os. With this Hand i had verry often all in situations preflop and missed the flop or lost against Hands like 22 or so.

Interesting graph, and frankly it's pretty similar stuff to what i had back in the day i only played holdem.

Of course premium hands can be beaten but if you do the average you'll see that on stats top hands bring the profit.

I have 2 favourite starting hands though don't always play them for obvious reasons. Those hands are Q4 and 82. I agree at part of the rationale for these random less than premium hands is that Ihave fond memories of winning well with them.

I think a lot of people tend to lose a lot more than they win with hands like 1010 and JJ. Some people just never believe you hit the board and pay you till the end without even thinking. That's why I love seeing flops with small pairs and suited connectors in position... But still, my favorite hands are AA and KK without a doubt. Big Smile
