Actually, I opened that door five times after refreshing the page. Four times I received the error message and the fifth time I get the regular sorry message.
It works now perfectly! My MobMail is empty, there are no new messages.

Hello Bankrollmobsters. Peter7878 i got the same message sometimes and i only press the refresh button (F5) then the page is refreshed and then u can see does you won something from the prizes or not. So dont panic its nothing i think.

had this happen to me before,but i did win without knowing it,think it was 200 mob points,i checked the winners from the previous day and there it was.If you did win you will still get your reward gl on the doors and the felts

Win is counted by bankrollmob generator and add wins in same moment when the pup up comes up with the error
Probably I would win, but I burned the chance of that fifth door. 
I knew it!
