yea I recognize you cause you were pretty aggresive from SB and BTN I was card dead pretty much during all tournament yesterday. So slowly became short and then had to risk with few hundreds of chips behind. How you finished?

yeah sometimes there is not much you can do, if absolutely no cards come your way. Well I finished at 34th place, not too bad. Giving me 41 points for the leaderboard. Currently at 341th pllace overall. Will try my luck again in 10 minutes with the next tourney

great blog Weenie, can't believe i missed it amongst the threads. will be keeping an eye on this- best of luck at the tables- i'm sure you will achieve most of your goals set for 2014. i kinda miss the real don's on stars, those 50/50's are not the same beast imo. keep that graph pointing upwards

Great graph. thats the way how you do it. Next stake arent much harder then the ones you play, you can problably get the same ROI on those. Anyway goodluck

Just little update. Current bankroll tatadataaaaaa 353.83$. Again I played my best and also had a little bit more luck than usually So I cashed in 13 out of 14 SNGs I played... You know, just crushing Well that means tommorrow I start to play 3.50$ games. Didnt expect it that soon but last days were very good for me.
Some stats in 1.50$ games: played: 689 SNGs ITM: 470 (68%) ROI: 12%
And finally I ran veery good in PSO tournament. Just finished on 3rd place out of 439 players. Its always good feeling when you play so good in tournament where are many good players.

Grats to you for a very nice poker day, well done. Will give a nice score for the PSO leaderboard for sure. I went out early yesterday, so I guess you will overtake me in the leadeboard for the moment On the other hand I had a nice NL 25 Zoom session ending with around $30 winning and 6 $3,50 50/50 SNGs with another $6 profit, so I am also satisfied with my poker day. Nice result reaching the 350 $ but keep in mind that when you move up to the 3.50 $ games you may have to drop back as you get a few losses in a row. Be aware that you have t o set a value for your bankroll at which you drop back and very important stick to it

here I am again So how was my first day at 3.50 games? I am just too good for micro j/k, but I did good again. Played only 12 games cause I dont have time for more, I go out with friends, anyway cashed in 10 of them. In first four SNGs I was little bit nervous but I think it didnt influent my game and with good result my confidence raised, then it was normal Good start thats exactly what I needed first day on higher stakes.
Current bankroll: 367.87$ so today 14 dollars profit, not bad in 12 games I guess. I just hope now, I will not get on some longer downswing in few next days, so I will be able to stay on higher stakes.

So how it goes on 3.50 after few days. Its not bad at all. I played only 52 games, I know its very very small sample to say anything about how I play, but I can say I wasnt "extremely" lucky same as I wasnt "extremely" unlucky. Anyway some numbers:
games played: 52 ITM: 37 (71%) ROI: 16% profit: 28.67$
I think that ROI will go down slowly. I will be VERY satisfied with anything above 10% (I dont expect it). To be honest I will be happy with even 7-8% ROI after longer period of time (500+ games).
And what about competition in 3.50$ games? There is slight difference. First of all theres more regs than in 1.50$. There are some players with whos I played almost every game, but I think they are not better than me.
And last thing, Christmas is coming I dont know how often will I play during holidays, but I have one more goal, I want to get 10$ VIP stellar reward. I only need 80 more VPPs. I wish you merry Christmas and happy new year

I'm glad to read that you are doing pretty well at the tables. I hope you can keep a nice ROI in the 3.50 games. It seems that you are a very good player so probably you will be able to do it. I just to play S&G but now I'm more focus on cash. I think I have forgotten how to play S&G well.

Sorry for longer time without update. There wasnt too much to say, since I was sick last days and almost didnt move from my bed. Yea that was "great" new year celebration... So from last update I played only 1 day I think. Anyway, current bankroll is 406.84$ (included 20$ prize from PSO leaderboard). But now I already feel much better, I will start grinding tommorrow again.
I dont have high expectations to new year, cause of number of games I play, and I also hate to give myself any exact goals like "I have to make 5000$" or something like that. Its not giving me any sense since I dont even think about living from poker in near future... My goals are written already in first post. I will just continue to play it for fun and for good feelings after win.

gl and hope you hit 700$ mark soon to be able to make money faster
i envy u all sngs grinders, i tried doing that too... i really have, but it bores me to no end :/ im sure its one of better ways to make 'sure' profit, esp compared to mtts that can be streaky as hell but still, i admire u for having patience needed to grind sngs day and day out

Here I am again to share my experience from last 2 days. And it wasnt nice at all This year started terribly for me. Its not even "standard" downswing, it just couldnt be any worse. The most frustrating thing is that I am not playing bad at all, I didnt got on tilt for a second. Just those freaking cards
So how it looks right now? I am down about 22 dollars in just 20 games. As I said It couldnt be worse. Even its just about 6 buy-ins, its my worst downswing yet. Current bankroll is 387.85$. I am not panicking at all, mathematically it cant be that bad all the time I am talking about losing 75% coinflips, more than 50% dominating hands and similar stuff... And I dont even remember when was the last time when I flopped set with my pair and won So I know, better times will come, but its still frustrating, you know.
Hopefully tomorrow I will be able to make at least minimum profit, it would help mentally

Its always "fun" when you flop nuts flush and still lose it... guy bets into me, and he moved allin on turn. Nice catch
How about this one against complete donk and fish... Guy had like 4-5% preflop to win hand and he did actually seems like runner runner flushes are cool these days. I dont remember exactly, but I think I was allin on flop.

hey, whats up I didnt update for a while, I apologize but there wasnt too much to say. My volume was veeeery low I played only in couple of days from last update (4th january). But there is quite big difference in my bankroll. Mostly because I made nice run in my first MTT on PS this year.
It was 2.20$ NLH Turbo Zoom. I finished on 9th place out of ~4500 players for 71$. Ofcourse I was little upset right after tournament cause I was too close to much bigger prizes (first place was 1400$) but still I have to be satisfied.

Then I also cashed in few freerolls, including second place for 17$. So my current bankroll is 503.80$
Anyway, I hope in February I will be able to bring up volume significantly.
