If you have to wait for 2 weeks for any bonus from any kind of sites, then from instinct you should know that there might be future problems with any particular poker site. best bet is to stick with good poker sites, the popular ones and wait for the new ones to see how they doing before joining.
Anyway good luck, just give it time, maybe check back in 6 months or so. lol

What ask the mybet support? It seems, that they Need another informations about your id or the bmob recall. But at the moment it Needs some extra days, because a lot of players call a bonus.

From what i see in other threads too, it seems a standard procedure for this bonus, in order to get it. That delays the whole thing of course, even more cause they didnt ask for it at the start of the process. So if anyone requests for this bonus should be sending them the identification papers, at the very start.

I think you first need to verificate you account before , after verification they will add your bonus. - Proof of ID: A coloured copy of your passport, driver's licence or valid ID Card. Please ensure that all data is clearly visible.
- Proof of your registered address: Bank or credit card statement, utility bill (water, electricity, phone bill etc.). Kindly ensure that ur name and surname, as well as your address and the issuing date (not older than three months) are clearly visible.
If you do not have a scanner, we are glad to accept a picture of said documents taken by digital camera.

I would stick with poker sites that you know and trust. There are too many ways to be scammed nowadays and to go looking for another one is foolish. Stick with what you know, if it aint broken dont fix it as the saying goes
