I wouldn't say softest but certainly a good MTT is the €10 deepstack. Think it starts at 7:30 or 8:30 CET. 10 min levels, 5k starting stack, plenty of play.

I dont think there are any softest tournaments out there, you just have to have a bit of luck on your side on any given day. The amount of luck and skill needed to win one of these is huge, so good luck to you on any tournament you enter

Depends what you means by soft, in my opinion the lowest MTTSNGs are very much a donkfest, with stacks flying in and out at the first levels or two and people willing to stack off with A high etc.
When you move up the limits this will be less common, also rebuys tourneys are good, if you plan to not rebuy and get a good run of cards at the start people will donate their stack to you as you can rebuy. Anyway good luck with your poker journey!!

I´m sure, that the rebuys are not soft. In the past i´ve played the 5 + 10$ mtt´s, they slowly levels and tight player, it is easy to reach the itm places. But you need a lot of time for this kind of tourneys.
