There have been many asking for bankrolls lately, the traffic of the site has increased with the Christmas Calendar and that creates delays. It may take some time but you will get it for sure, no need to worry about that.

I asked my bonus on WinnerPoker on Tuesday or Wednesday last week and Today i received an e-mail that was saying that i got it,went to my WinnerPoker acount and checked and i fount it waiting for me Thank you Bankroll Mob. I'm sure in next days or maybe by today you'll receive the e-mail informing you that you got the bonus. P.S The bonus is only for new WinnerPoker members.

If it says on it's status that is not rejected that it's only a time issue.
As other already mentioned in the posts above in this time of the year things happen much slower compared to normal so you should expect more to wait for a bonus.
