ive been phone verified and after that i also got a no dep bonus from titan through this site .... then i tried to send id verfication which was not accepted , but now i cant request anything at all ??? makes no sense

Sounds a bit odd, who never accepted you ID? Check that the ID is what they class as accepable ID, if you are requesting a withdraw or nodeposit then you wont get any untill they have the correct ID and details, some sites are very strict on detail they must match up with your BRM account. just sounds like an ID issue should be easy to sort out

k .. i posted the wrong id ... but i already were phone verified before that ... and also had gotten a 25 $ bonus from Titan .. suddenly after i submitted the picture id it said my account was not approved , yet .. it had already been approved once ???
makes absolutely no sense at all to me .. someone plz explain ?

You uploaded invalid ID. Just like it says in the email sent to you 3 days ago. You have to upload valid ID through the link or contact our support for assistance, to have your account approved again.

If you dont send ID then you will not get any no-deposit poker offers, and any casino or poker room will not let you withdraw without it being submitted to them, its a lot easyier to send it to BRM than it is to send it to each sits, as BRM will pass on info for you.

We only do that to pacific poker, because they require access to the ID's to make sure the user is eligble, old enough etc. We also have that in the terms. Other than that, we NEVER give out ID's to 3rd party, not even poker/casino sites
