Good day fellow mobsters.
I finished 19th place at last Full Tilt(FT) leaderboard and was waiting my prize. Eventually i received e-mail from FT saying this:
"We are sorry to know that your are having difficulties received funds.
Under the terms of the current Greek gaming license, players are not permitted to transfer funds to other players via our Player to Player feature.
Therefore, we have removed the facility for players to transfer funds to ensure that we comply with the current legislation."
Since prizes are paid through player to player transfer funds mode i never credited it to my account. Looked for help at support center here at BRM but as specific writes:
"You can not claim your prize. All cash prizes are automatically paid to your poker account a few days after the leaderboard has finished, so please have patience and check your poker account every now and then."
Tried live support,no response at all. New e-mail at FT nothing back(this was outraging,not even a typical answer.)
So i decided to write this post looking for help,(perhaps admin notice and solve this issue.)
I don't know what you can really do, only BRM can help you there by probably crediting the amount you won in that leaderboard into your BRM account in terms of mobpoints that's the only solution I see.
And now that you know FTP doesn't do P2P transfer for your country then don't waste your time participating in the BRM FTP leaderboard competition...

WOW! This sounds a very curious state of affairs and a situation that no doubt BRM Admin will wish to resolve and provide some clarity around the way it w irks and whether a notice (if one doesn't exist already). Needs to be posted advising players from certain countrieOisin this situation!

That was one of the things that were described clearly when Full Tilt sent the emails out, regarding the new regulations etc, No more player to player transfers for greek players in there.
The only thing BRM could do now is give you the prize in the form of BRM points, or make an exception regarding how much your prize was and send it to you via Neteller or Moneybookers.
A clarification should be made in the leader board rules for future references, since from now on this will be an issue for some of the members.

If BRM cannot pay you those points in form of mob points you cannot do nothing about it unfortunately...
From what i understand you also sent an email to BRM so my advice would be to wait for n answer from them, now this can take a few days, so have patience... and hope

I heard the first time about this problems with the leaderboard payments. But perhaps it is possible, that bmob pay your price in bmob points, then you can change this points into money to a other poker account or a ewallet.

have patience ,sooner or later u ll recive u re prize U re cash out means party poker (old bwin own them by a while) ,u ll wait about 2-3 weeks or u can withdrow with some e-wallwet if u like so .

It is not a normal cash out tiger. It is the prize fo the leader board which gets transferred by BRM directly to the players account. And that is not possible any more for any of the greek players playing in Full Tilt. SO that wont do it for the moment.

To add some new thoughts:
I think there are ways to solve this(mob points/e-wallets). Skrill/neteller would be perfect. And to be honest I find this term :
“You can not claim your prize” quite unfair. What this means?
But there is another issue:if i never get the prize, shouldn't 31st be awarded? What about current leaderboard?(i am on top30).Calmplay suggested that I should not waste my time, but I 've already won 6.16$, Sunday I'll play in the top200 final and above all a like to play poker here.
I believe BRM should look alternative ways of payment in case of other countries follow this stupid regulation. By the way,still waiting BRM response.

Regardless on what happens with the BRM leader Board you can still keep playing the freerolls in Full Tilt, since you can win money there also. You are a BRM member so you are more entitled to that money than others using the password from here and there.

Wanted to inform that I was ,finally, credited Mob points equals to cash prize, exactly one week after calling support center. Not bad,ha?I hadn't the chance to claim direct deposit to e-wallet but I think its pretty good call. Many thanks to Klaus and Jery from support and in general to BRM.

As expected BRM did their best once more and you got awarded either way. It was just a matter of time once more.Now once reaching the limit you can request a cash out of your points. Good luck with your participation in the new one.
