Long time readers of my blog will know that my son and I are big into basketball (can't wait for the snow to melt and start playing daily again). The other night while surfing YouTube I came across some videos of a player called Grayson Boucher aka The Professor, and I was amazed at his skills. Below is a link, and if you like his stuff you can view a lot of other ones. Enjoy!
------------ Oh hey,.... I forgot to post THESE up.... I'd like to have bought them as an investment, but I was about $99,000.00 short of being able to.... lol..

i also play basketball fom time to time (like 3-4 times a week, sometimes more if we get really drunk) but im too shy to make my own utube videos. Im rather good at it though, i score almost every session. In fact last time we played for like 1hr only and i scored at least 2, or was it 3 times.

i enjoy playing basketball with my buddies myself, its a lot easier to get a game of b-ball going then any other sport imo plus even if u don't feel 100% up to playing a pick up game u can always still play like bump or 21 etc

But I'm going to embed another uncle Drew's one for my friend Doomdy and other mobsters who liked first one
What makes this videos amazing imho is that both players and spectators, at the beginning, are told they will get caught on camera only because uncle drew is making a documentary on street basketball.

Okay, I will bow down to the pressures being brough to bear on me by the Italian contingent. Yeah Magatt, these Uncle Drew videos are a lot of fun, partly because the crowd is not expecting the old fart to actually do anything. MIDDLE AGE POWER RULES!
Anyway, in a similar vein here is the first (and IMO the best) of a series of four videos The Professor put out where he dresses as spiderman, shows up at a local court and rules:

Watching basketball videos again last night while single tabling some Omaha on 888, and I came across this documentary. Pretty interesting for guys of my generation. I can remember being a kid and watching basketball in my room on a tiny black and white tv. The main team that I could catch at the time was the Boston Celtics on an American station, so I grew to be a big fan of Larry Bird and Kevin McHale and the rest of the Boston team.
