A lot of poker players know about “Sklansky Dollars”, those dollars you supposedly win every time that your opponent plays against the odds and sucks out against you. The reasoning for this is that in the long run they will lose out and you will gain, because you were making profitable decisions and your opponent was making unprofitable decisions. Now here comes Mahdrof Dollars.
I have been toying with this idea for a long time, and I feel I am ready to give this a try and see how it goes. I will be holding a tournament on 888 sometime in the next month or so, and if you want to participate and you have more than 50 posts on Bankrollmob you can contact me through the my.poker888.com site. My name on 888 is mahdrof. Clever and original. When you contact me, let me know what your name is on BRM. When I will decide to hold the tournament I will start a thread on BRM alerting everyone about the date and time and how much money is up for grabs. The day before the tournament I will send a message to everyone who contacted me, and the email will contain the password for that tournament.
Following the completion of the tournament, anyone who wins more than $10 will have the amount transferred directly to their 888 account (this is the minimum amount I can transfer on 888). If you finish in the money but earn less than $10, you will earn the equivalent in Mahdrof Dollars. In subsequent tournaments if you again finish in the money and earn enough Mahdrof Dollars to be over $10, I will then transfer to you your winnings.
Why do this? Well, for starters I have gained a lot from this forum in the past four years. Be it poker knowledge or simple entertainment when we post about silly things, I have really enjoyed this forum and this is a way to pay it back to those who are actual members of the forum, and not password thieves getting the password on Facebook. I have also missed out on just about every tournament ever held where I could have played against you guys, and I figure that if I hold it when I am ready to play, then at least I get to participate and play against people I know.

time for me to finally register on 888 i suppose, this promo is actually much better than most 'real' promos on poker sites, 888 should defo give you some money for your work. Im sure this one will attract more new members than their usual promo would

Nice idea mahdrof I like it anyway good luck to you guys if you planning to play mahdrof tournaments. I think i might join in the fun. Anyway thanks for the giving back. I'm happy to see people giving back.
Also I like your definition of “Sklansky Dollars”, i read it somewhere and it was too complicated and I am glad you tonned it down and I could understand. So basically when I lose with a favorite I'll keep in mind the “Sklansky Dollars” and be happy that I won.

This sounds like a great idea and many kudos to you for doing this. I do not have an 888 account but i think i will be opening one very soon and i hope to play in your tournament. Good luck to all those who enter and i hope to see you all on the tables

Nice man, respect! I dont like so much 888 soft.. If u want to do it also on PS or fulltilt I can help you if u need could be good also to play on other softwares?
