Just luck, nothing special, everyone can win a tournament if they have enough luck, the good players just move their chips in if the given move brings them money over the long run, so they can be profitable (over some bigger tournament sample).

Next time you see a player do this, look them up on Sharkscope or something similar, you will find they are NOT winning players, just some idiot on a hot streak.
I dont know what you play but i quit playing freerolls for that reason, too much idiots that just joke away and spoil the game. Although its mostly freerolls and micro limit games, when you start playing higher stakes you will start getting an advantage because when you keep playing serious and make the right decisions you will eventually win more often looking at long term.
