Are you serious asking this? As I remember it was never been allowed to play Party Poker from Bulgaria. This is because Party Poker has offices in Sofia. Bulgarian employees work for Party Poker in Sofia.
It is not allowed to play Party Poker from Bulgaria because to avoid frauds and collussions between Bulgarian Party emplyees and Bulgarian Party poker players.
The two ways to play Party Poker from Bulgaria are if:
1. The Party Poker offices move from Bulgaria and go into another country. 2. Party Poker has to apply for an online license to the State Gambling Commission of Republic of Bulgaria and to be approved.
I think you already know that the last week PokerStars received the Bulgarian license, so it is legal now to play from Bulgaria only at PokerStars, FullTilt Poker and effbet.
