You can use the points to buy into the Mob draw that is running every Sunday and awards at least one prize of another 5000 points. You can also buy extra shots for the mob safe, where you can win the prize of the day. Finally when you have 5000 (50 US$) points or more you can cash out the points to one of the available options in your page.
