Well I already had my ticket to the event but it is good that you let the community know it was an option to play in the tournament. It should provide a lot of laughs watching all the dumb arse play again this time out. I am sure it will be like all the other world record tournaments have been. That is one more reason why Pokerstars is by far the best site to play poker.Yesterday opened my pc,checked me e-mails and a nice suprise was waiting: For a limited time only P***************e are giving all their members a FREE ticket to the PokerStars World Record Tournament on February 23rd. After that i signed up and there was a free ticket.Don't care what type of tourney is(hyper/all-in shoutout),the important here is the free promotion and i am happy to be a part of it.

So is this the way they are gonna try and break the record again this year? I remember posts here from last year saying they were giving tickets for free trying to get those spaces filled. Another buy in Guinness record from Poker Stars

yea sort of, mober but its still nice to give away a free ticket for a tourney with 25k guaranteed prize, even if its 999999k people playing, its still free and has a huge prize so i shall not complain

so what is the prize poool and is there a garentee .. so how many people is gonna have to play in turny to break the record.. and what is the current record.

Nice one Pochui. Saw the email notification this evening and have got my ticket and registered. Looking forward to seeing all you mobsters out there making part of history and looking forward to seeing our names in the GBoR.
Thx for the heads up wonder if it will reach the max currently 101475 entrants Poker Stars will probably have too organize Satellites free rolls for this tournament if they want too break the record GL and hopefully a mobster will take it down

Cheers pokerstars pushing the limit, they broke the record in 2013 and now breaking it again in 2014, good luck have fun guys at the tournament, in the last one, I got some crazy action going on for like hours before it settle down and all the donkey got kicked out.
But did not win anything, so sad, anyway gonna see if i am going to attend this one or not, just hope it is in a good timezone.
