It depends. Usually, you have to earn a certain amount of VPPs with the transfered money before it can be cashed out. I don't know what the number is, but it's not much. Depending on your playing history they might let you cash out right away. I have the feeling it depends how many VPPs you earned for them in the past. I have several times cashed out right after a transfer, and I also have no 48hrs time limit to cash out after my last deposit. But that might be because I have over 100,000 VPPs lifetime. I used to have all these regulations too.
So 1st: it depends on your playing history overall And 2nd: maybe just try it, they can't do more than declining it. If they do, just play a small session

I don't think this matters on pokerstars . I think you can cashout just try it go into cashier and click cashout chose ur option and it should work u might need to have deposited im not sure and gl ..

u can not cash out if u dont have payment processor history... what means u have do deposit before u cashout...( if u didnt before) and yeah u must earn some points too.. and why didnt your friend send u money to skrill or neteller?
