I am really jealous of you because Sweden is one of the countries i have always wanted to visit. The cold weather doesnt bother me and it looks so picturesque. I hope you get to watch the Hockey

Another great blog entry for sure, i actually had no clue that your father is from Sweden
I hope that in the end you will be able to watch to game and not just listen it on the radio. If possible post up more pics from Sweden, it looks awesome from what i see on that pic.

Too bad Sweden didn't win the final ... I think as a Finn I'm not supposed to root for the Swedish hockey team (and ofcourse I was disappointed that Finland lost to Sweden in the semifinals) but since Finland was not in the final, I was hoping for Sweden to win .. (congrats to all the Canadians, well deserved Olympic Gold)

Sweden, or any of the Scandinavian countries, would be nice places to visit. I've been watching a serial documentary in the last few weeks about the history of the Vikings! Very interesting history of them and that region of the world.
It appears that the Vikings were the first white visitors to North America, hundreds of years before Christopher Columbus, as evidenced by the remnants of one of their settlements in Newfoundland Canada.
...and congratzzzz to Finland for winning the Bronze medal....
It would have been ESPECIALLY rewarding considering who they knocked OUT...!!!
Personally, I was looking forward to a Canada / USA final, as beating them Yankees would have been One Tasty Meatball....
