So you assume that the 1st level of support, are the ones that we deal with on a day-to-day basis regarding our promotions, leaderboard, deals etc? Or that those 1st level support people would know all the details?

Tony is the boss, he speaks with the PS owner and Chuck Norris only. Just be patient Peter and freerolls will be probably back!

DEPLOYED? Can we really conceive of what they mean by deployed? Shouldn't they be deployed anyway? Do we know why they weren't there? Will we ever know? What's the secret of the missing BRM freerolls at PS?

damosk you are from UK (English is your native language), so if you are astonished by the use of the word "deployed", what I have to say where English is not my native language. I am astonished by the use of that word too
As far as I remember the synonyms of deployed are:
============ expand open set up use arrange display dispose extend position unfold utilize spread out set out =============
If we replace the word "deployed" it will be something like this:
Version 1: "...The BankRollMob Freerolls have now been opened...." Version 2: "...The BankRollMob Freerolls have now been arranged...." Version 3: "...The BankRollMob Freerolls have now been displayed...." Version 4: "...The BankRollMob Freerolls have now been positioned...."
I like all these 4 versions. Probably that PokerStars Manager was trying to say one of these 4 versions.
He tried to say that from their side they uploaded and fixed the new BankrollMob Tournaments, I am sure. But as today is Sunday, a day off for BankrollMob, I think tomorrow the BankrollMob Administrator will add the freeroll passwords.
The most important thing is that PokerStars did their job very well immediately! This is a fact! If you open the PokerStars Lobby and click "Private Tournaments" you will see all The BankrollMob Freerolls visible! Now our beloved Admin Tony has to work a lot to put the new passwords.

Nothing suspicious here, Simon. No theory of conspiracy here. All the BankrollMob Freerolls are now visible at the PokerStars Lobby (Private Tournaments). I hope you used sarcasm in your comment.
Thanks for the efforts Admin to put the PokerStars Freerolls at the Section FREEROLLS at the BankrollMob webpage. Sorry you had to work in Sunday! Now everything goes right and you can close this thread because the problems were fixed by the two parties!
