The LGA have revoked the licence of 'GoalGaming' who own ball poker among other sites like poker mambo and GoalWin. The licencing companies are usually all bad at actually protecting the player and for them to actually take away a liscence then the sites normally have been running insolvent for some time.
For the guys wanting to play on the revolution network. There are two sides; the bankrupt side (Ball Poker, cake poker, Colt poker, EuroClub poker etc) and the solvent side which to name one that has a good standing is intertops.

Starts to be a common thing with this smaller rooms to have problems/delays with cashouts. Seems that players depositing to those rooms have to worry about two things before even starting playing: 1st- will i win anything at the tables?; 2nd- if i do win will i be able to cashout?.
This is just terrible bad publicity isn't it? I'm sure there's exceptions to this rule but it always makes you wonder how reliable is a small poker room and even thou it might not happen to you ( these problems regarding $$$ ), who can assure you that they'll always be true to their word?
Better play in bigger sites, trustworthy ones. I feel sry for the smaller ones losing their business but hey.. in what comes to money, better they losing theirs then they losing mine.

By clicking that link you will be addressed to an official statement of LGA saying:
"GOALGAMING Limited's remote gaming licences have been suspended The Lotteries and Gaming Authority (hereinafter the ‘Authority’ is hereby notifying that GOALGAMING Limited’s remote gaming licences, namely LGA/CL1/160/2002, LGA/CL3/160/2010, have been suspended as of 3rd of June 2014.
GOALGAMING Ltd. has thus been directed to suspend all gaming operations, cease to register new players, not take any further deposits, not offer any games falling under the Authority’s licences, provide registered players access to their accounts, settle all players’ dues and to remove any reference to the Authority, to the licences issued by the Authority and the logo/kite-mark of the Authority from all unapproved websites.
Furthermore the Authority hereby notifies that any websites operated by GOALGAMING Ltd or associated with GOALGAMING Ltd and which make reference to the Authority or the above-quoted licences are not approved to be operational by the Authority. I tried to login to the cashier to get a screenshot of my balance and pending withdrawls but I can't do it if I dont check "I agree" in the Terms & Conditions first ; anyway, I will send a screenshot of the balance that is shown when you are sitting in a cash table; I doubt these LGA guys could help us but .....

I can't find any ads of Ballpoker here on BRM now: is it only me or they have been removed? Is there something we should know maybe ?

I cant see anything either. Maybe they just have been removed for the new banners with the sponsors for the soccer. (In 100% using IE by the way i can only see a bit of the black circle in each side. Had to reduce the zoom to see the whole image).
We will see if they will reply to BRM now and when. But the longer they get to reply to BRM the more solid it becomes, that they are gone. I hope thats not the story though and you will get your money.

We stopped promoting Ballpoker because we have been informed the site will shut down in about a month or so, and we were also informed that everybody would receive their withdrawals as promised although things might be going slower than usual.

The way I understand the information we got, is that everybody will get their withdrawals eventually, as promised. Shouldn't be necessary to contact LGA. But that's just my interpretation.

So after all, all the signs were interpreted right in this one. Another site going down. As admin says, they said you will get your money. Not to be pesimistic here but i have heard that thing before and got no money at all. I hope this is not the case. Contacting gaming authority at this point dont think it will change much.

Maybe he had enough with all this soap opera and he blew the money away. If he had made a succesful cash out, i believe he would have told us heere after all. Already a week after admins communication with the site.

I dont have on my account anymore. Still waiting the money to come I lost all the money, few weeks ago. And i dont want to play freeroll to get some couple of bucks, doing nothing with them. Hope we will get them money from ballpoker SOON. Now im playing on full tilt / pokerstars / winnerpoker / 888poker and dafapoker. Won 2 times in a day 2 tickets from Summer Freeroll Tourneys, and made some profit

I received a payment in my Neteller account from PRONTOGAME, is it possible Ball Poker paid me? I didn't have any other pending cashout from any other place. If it's money from Ball Poker they paid me 80% of my cash out. Could anyone confirm that PRONTOGAME is linked to BallPoker?
