If you did not had a pending cashout on another site then most probably that is their ID on net...

It's good that at least you got 80% of your money as you see there are players that did not get a thing from them Sad

Yes it is most likely those are Ballopoker money, my previous withdrawals came from prontogame as well; to be 100% sure check if sender email is [email protected].

It's definitely a good news.

How long was your withdrawal pending?


I didn't receive any email from Goalgaming nor Ballpoker; I just received a email from Neteller saying that Prontogame deposited in my account. If you say your Ballpoker's withdrawals came from Prontogame definitly are good news.

The withdrawal was requested first week of february, but on June 12th, I sent a complaint to Lotteries & Gaming Authority MALTA, the payment was made 8 days after this. I am not sure if this complaint is the reason, I just know they paid me.

I'll send another complaint about Gutshot Poker, where I have a pending cashout too. My bankroll in this place is bigger. After Gutshot was sold they required every player to make rake = to balance to clear it; I couldn't clear it all, just a 20% that is the pending cash out. Probably I'll lose the other 80% but I'll try to get that 20% at least.

I made a mistake, I review my account Extract and I received 100%, I didn't note the pay was made in EUR, not in USD. Big Smile

Thats good news for sure. Its been a long time, but at least you got.
Since you say you made complaints to the gambling authority, it wouldnt be bad for the
rest of you here to follow that path also.
It may speed up and secure your long due payments.
Just be accurate on your details you will provide to them. Good luck.

I sent them an email, today with all my informations, but didnt send them an email about where should i get the money. But i assumed that they have it, since they didnt asked for it. Its the same from where I deposited and i received my payment last time.
Fer did you sent them info about where you should received your money, or they have it?

Hi qzmag, I didn't send any information about that. I assumed BallPoker already had it. This is the only information I sent:

1. Name
2. Registered address
3. Date of birth
4. Copy of ID Card
5. Telephone number
6. BallPoker.com Username
7. Screenshot of Balance or any pending Cash Out (I had one of my balance not of the panding Cash Out)

What I meant is both skrill and neteller transactions work with email addresses: if you check your neteller transaction history you may see which email address is sending the money.
When I withdrew from Ballpoker sender email was [email protected] (but I used Skrill and not neteller).

I saw the transaction details in my Neteller account; there isn't any reference to any email; just "Merchant: Prontogame" besides other info like ID transaction, date and other.

I wait for 1 week and 3 days.
Maybe they send the money according to withdraw from ball poker? Dont know.

Hi dolchinkov, LGA cancelled GoalGaming licence, WinCake in not part of GoalGaming and work with another licence. Anyway, most Revolution Network skins have cashouts problems.

Yes wincake is another story. I dont know bout the rest of the skins and of there are any
along with the old cake poker, but so far nothing has been heard that cake doesnt pay players.
It can take several months but at the end they are paying. So far at least Smile

All you can doo here is filling complaints to the game authority and then hope
that they can do something. keep sending them emails asking about your money,
it is useless at this point. Just a waste of time.

nothing on this side. Not a single answer from LGA to my several emails.
Only answer I got came to me after 45-50 days and it was from goalgaming support.

Here is a copy/paste of it:

Dear xxxxx,

we would like to inform you that we are in contact with LGA regarding your compliant in order to clarify the actual situation. LGA is not able to assist you as your gaming activity is under a different regulation, however please notice that the company is working on your case for full settlement of your pending withdrawal.
