I usually have about 50 to 100 points a month, so how come I'm not in the 10.000 point race on party? There must be some condition I'm not aware of.. is it that I play PLO mostly? or do I need a new party/mob account? or what?

i assume admin just read your profile name and though you will not care.
however that doesn't mean that this situation is not thoroughly investigated and legitimately looked into by the appropriate employees of brm and governing bodies of malta, therefore it can be safely said that solution will be brewed, answers will be given out and meat will be minced
with 4 points, in the last update.
