If you had posted that screenshot at the very start like we asked you for, you could have avoided everyone being suspicious of you since you were getting defensive about showing it and of course that attitude. I am glad you did in the end as it showed you to be telling the truth. You should have just gone with forcharity from the start.

this guy is an ass, idk why would anyone do a business with him. even less for just 40 bucks.
but im still glad to hear peter is 'innocent' here, so its all good.

tldr: he comes here asking for help, then acts like an ass to everyone asking any sort of question related to this money transfer thing. Then he refuses to post screenie about his transaction, calling names anyone who mentions it.

I'd say by now peter would even gain more popularity than hate, no surprise you are addicted to gambling, probably no social contacts & friends seeing your additude. I myself would not send you a penny based on your acting, and I really wouldn't be dependent on the money with over $20K in poker profits. If I was peter I'd contribute the funds towards the BRM eastern homegame,and this is not a joke,I'm dead serious about this..

This is a pretty bad situation... everyone expected hmidou to be a scammer/sketchy and peter to be a thief...
My honest opinion... sadly peter... i don't think you should've accepted this deal if you were going to wait until you received the money then send it, as hmidou clearly stated he needed the money right away.
As for the cashout to your Visa, it will most likely not be reversed if it is discovered stolen. The reason why is because Visa has insurance for fraudulent activity, the insurance company will refund Visa. This has happened to me before and since then I have no done these kinds of deals unless you know the person in person.

I did not complain to pokerstars as their disclaimer says they do not interfere with player dispute. but what i can do is to send them a message at least to have him flagged in the system. anyway, this has been an expensive lesson for me and i full take that...
