Definitely joined for the free bankrolls, but I long ago stopped taking those, I just stuck around because I liked the small poker community here, sure - there are much larger sites, but you feel anonymous on those.
I like here, it's just a bunch of amateurs and there's a nice amount of regs; enough the the forum is always active, but not so many that you get lost in a sea of posts - it's easy to feel like you can get to know some of the regular posters here.
I joined because I was playing playmoney poker on my iPod touch, and remembered hearing that you could play with real money, without depositing (and I never have). I googled a few sites, and found BRM by chance.
I only joined the forum about a year later, after winning $40 from the MobSafe, needing to make another 1000 points to cash out.
Even though that was the reason for joining, I don't think I've ever posted just to get points (even then).
Now I just enjoy the forum, and the people that make up the community. BRM ended up generating about 20% of my current bankroll (with MobSafe, MobDraw, Calendar, freerolls, and leaderboard winnings).

I joined for the free MONIESSSS but well then i came around the forum and now i actually almost never get free monies and just here to talk about random things see people flame each other and laugh my ballz of because of how stupid some people are

Why you joined BRM?
Your not really that addicted to bankrollmob, you joined in mar/09 , and in that time you only have 139 posts, so I guess your lucky , it's only a minor addiction.

Hey to answer your question, i will be a bit long, to be honest I just joined for the bankrolls, when i lost my first bankroll that i deposited , so my joined BRM looking to rebuild, but discovered that there was freerolls here and lots of bankroll and then later found the mob games and got addicted to it. And also found out about the points and love it, since I already cashout out 5k mob points here. Also I found the forums entertaining and all. So definitely it is the way BRM are working and the great community.

i joined because i like turtles, and i was sure ima find some other turtle lovers here.
ah and actually a friend told me about brm, so i decided to check it out, found decent winnerpoker ndb and that was my first real venture into world of online poker. I did play poker before too, but never 'seriously', some games here and there on william hill where i had sports acc, and stuff like that (and some real micro poker with friends too), but i just wasnt much into it. I guess i thought the stress that comes with it isnt worth it
Thats until ive seen how much some people actually make by playing online poker. So now, like a year later things havent changed much. What i meant to say is, i still like turtles.

I joined because I saw that there were freerolls only for the BRM, and when I joined I took a few boneses and duscovered that this is such a great community!!! for BRM!!!

I joined BRM because of the free bankrolls and I found that the forum is also cool.
