bots attacking google

http://www.spiegel.de/netzwelt/web/0,1518,562391,00.html

the site is written in german, but there is a translation tool from google, so you can at least understand the text-sense...http://www.google.com/language_tools

short review: a programmer wasnt sure whether the clicks he pay for over joining an adsense programm at google are real clicks... so he tried to modify clicksoftware and it worked... within 48 hours he got a bot which google didnt recognize as a bot... he only used it at his own banners so he scammed nothing....

earlier i was thinkg about merchandise at google..but now? im not sure...

NOOBY WHAT IS A BOT?

a computer or machine designed to do something and pass itself off as a human, in this case the bot was programed to click banners, but there are bots for everything, a particularly controversial thing is the bots in online poker, a computer program making all the decisions for how to play its cards.

Some people hate the idea of playing a computer because they believe it will have an unfair edge, i lean towards the other side of the whole thing because i dont think a bot would have a comletly unfair advantage, as it would have to react how it was programed to react, and it is very hard to program something to react to something as complex as a bluff

Playing agains't a bot is perfect. If you study what it does in every situation, it is a cash making machine Smile So if you think someone is a bot, try or just observe several scenarios and see if the bot does the same thing each time.

Then RAAAAAAKE IN!
*sorry for offtopic :O*
