Going busto is my fault yes, I guess I cannot handle my anger and rage, but the point of my moaning is I am getting more beats and suckouts at the micros than I should be getting, and this is when I always get my money in good. This is happening far more lately then it ever has but it cannot be just a downswing because I am seeing it frequent. I guess I should deal with it better and not let the anger and silly beats to effect me but I cannot stop it, same with the constant beats.

How can I get my money in so good all the time and they just suckout? A few here and there are normal but its like every time I get my money in good I will lose. Maybe I should bet less, or play it differently I don't know.

phi, dont think he said u should quit Tongue at least i didnt see it that way, more like 'you should work on yoru game more and and ur br is a complete disaster', and btw i kinda agree with that br management part of his and im sure you would too Smile

but yea it happens to everyone else really, i kinda stopped playing because for the life of me i couldnt win a hand for about a week (a hand that matters, not talking about small ones, lol) so i was about 30BI down in a week or so, after being constantly up, for some good 100BI too.

I guess everyone hits such a patch, so after it hit me i stopped playing and read some more stuff about poker (and mostly tilt management lol), and decided to stop playing zoom alltogether (even if i was winning zoom player, it was just too much for me to take and i didnt want to end up with heart attack as a 27yo) Big Smile

so i decided i dont need that sht in my life, and now when i start playing again ill still play with really conservative brm (because im still a newbie) and stick to normal tables instead of zoom. And until that happens ill try to read some more articles on well, as many poker-releated things i can find online. Which btw is easier said than done as i havent actually read ANYTHING about poker for a few days now, guess i could call that a all-things-poker-free break ? Big Smile

cheers and gl in the future, and remember bad beats happen to everyone (even me! Big Smile) but not everyone reacts to them the same way. I really envy those people (pros mostly?) who lose a few big hands in a row, while being favs to win it, and just say 'oh well it happens' and move on. Hope one day we can get to that point too Big Smile

til that day comes, stay safe and never forget wise words spoken by even wiser person (me) "people who love turtles are good people".

I know. I just tend to go crazy when I am super angry, hence winging like I always do on this forum. Then again, someone has to. Blink I think a change in my approaches need to happen as well my anger but I don't like change. Tongue

dam it for some reason word p0ker is missing from my post. like totally missing so some sentences might not make much sense, but thats not my fault! lol

and yea you shall change young phi, say no to anger and yes to turtles. no seriously u should get urself a turtle to calm you down. no wait nvm i dont want to be responsible for poor turtles death (unlike mouses, turtles are not repairable).

Cool Big Smile

I guess you forgot to explain that these words are just the most repeated because people don't usualy like to explain or analize the hands or games when they won, because there's always some sort of the exact opposite involved. Someone who i really don't remember the nick once wrote here in a forum that the most important feeling in poker is patience. This is the word we who sit at online poker tables for a long time should pass to those newbies who are excited to giving it a try. Cool

I really agree with you, to keep it real simple: when making the right decisions in the right spots, you will play profitable on long term. Even when you have a real bad losing streak, if you stick to analyzing your play afterwards and made the right decision you will feel better.
