I stayed approximately 2 weeks in Egypt and, unfortunately, I can't say that it was a very successful trip. I lost in the first round of both singles tournaments simply because I was playing bad. I made it to the semi-finals in doubles, but I don't consider doubles as important - I'm more focused on singles.

Sounds sensible - don't blitz your roll when you're impatient and wanting to gamble. I find with my poker its very cyclical, I'll want to play like crazy for a week, then lose interest, but if i keep playing i lose money cos my hearts not in it.

Sounds like you are on a real down swing at the moment in both Tennis and Poker. You have just got to hang on in there and i'm sure that results will improve in them both. Best of luck to you
