hey all,i joined ladbrokes poker 6 years ago it was on microgaming network i created my usual nickname "gitmurray" ive deposited hundreds onto the account over the past 6 years but 2 days ago i log into there new poker software ipoker client and it wouldnt let me choose my usual nickname it was tellin me create a new one so i did and when i contacted live support they told me they cant change my nickname back to my old one so basically they are telling me my old name ive had for six years is gone which is utter [email protected] closed the account i tought maybe they would try entice me first but no they closed i in about 60 seconds.....so much or my loyalty
Email customer services man, tell them you've deposited a lot over the years, that you are an active player and that you will take your business else where if they can't fix it. There's plenty of great bonuses for new joiners all over the Internet.

i sent them an email at about 7 pm still no reply but maybe because staff is finished work who deal with that sort of thing,i expect a reply when i log into my mail in the morning ill keep you updated and post what they say...and jus so people know i havnt got a problam with ladbrokes im not a disgruntled gambler with a gambling problam who lost more than i can afford and got mad i simply liked my poker name that i was using the last 6 years and they basically just took it off me

I was also a big member when it was on Microgaming and I was able to have the same username(I had money and points on the account still too) so your username should be there. Just email them and tell them what happened, or if not keep hounding live chat as they are usually quite helpful.
