i testify that Sweden are the favorites to win this not so glamorous (darn that bearded Jesus from Austria) even this year. experts believe that it's gonna be a close call between sweden, austria, netherlands, armenia and great britain... i also testify that i don't give a sh1t who will win, since al that i am interested in is watching a decent concert

i can't say i'm amazed by the quality of the music, but hey it's a mass production... that says a lot right? still from time to time a decent tune (depends on taste) pops up even in eurovision:

I tune in every year for the Eurovision but only for the voting part. I cant sit through hours of what seems to be the same songs but in different languages. I hope that Great Britain win but that bearded woman is pretty good!!

money is going on Armenia,was 20-1 ,now 10-1. Ukraine could be a surprise at 15-1 or Azerbaijan e/w at 67-1. I got a massive price on Hungary ages ago so come on Hungary!! UK at 11-1 looks bad value as we know everyone in Europe loves the UK.

Don't get your hopes up too high, since the voting on this really just a test on the tolerance of the neighbouring countries of the participating nations (if the pool doesn't have some truly remarkable pop production that year, it's just a popularity contest plain and simple) and let me tell you first hand, Hungary does not have that many friends around Europe (I know - I know, a million tourists would beg to differ, but I'm sure as s**t they won't going to vote). So basicaly they won't vote for it even if we had some capable production, which we don't.

Slovaks hate this contest lol. Its ridiculous how almost every country votes for their neighbours or historically close country... We never got even into finals so we just gave up lol...

Well, there is something that i liked at this eurovision. The polish girls . I wished for them to win, so i can see again a new live show. And i need sry for the Mustache France, 1 point And i wished to be won by Netherlands or Sweden.

Ok. I have just wasted the last 15 minutes of my life, which I chose not to do last night, but have condensed it into a small piece of time this morning. I now have a few questions?
What year are we in? Why does (nearly) everyone sing in English? How can so many people sing just two songs yet makes 3 hours worth of TV? How can Ronin not know about Eurovision? How did Lithuania NOT win? Why are the French, who are so chic, so cr@p at music? How could a bearded Austrian lady NOT win? Why?

As for beardy lady man winning - well it meant a lot to them obviously, and the beard really seemed to swing it for them in terms of voting. It looks better than my beard.
