Playing away with the bonus money from Unibet few days ago, winning a little and then I went out. When I returned home and tried to sign into my account I received a message that my account had been locked and I should contact support.
Well Unibet seems to have the most completely inept support of any poker site I have played. It has been 3 days and 3 emails sent to them without a single response or explanation as to why my account was locked. I am extremely unhappy with this situation not completely because my account has been locked but after several attempts to resolve the problem I am receiving ZERO help or even a response from UNIBET support.
I suggest no one subject themselves to this garbage as it isn't worth the hassle of using the site.

i couldnt even create an account there,i never had one there so i should be able to create an account but i couldnt,there are a lot of crooked rooms out there and i dont even trust the big ones from time to time ,and one thoing people should be concerned about too is that they can do whatever they want with your money,never ever put your own money on small sites that miight disappear just by tomorrow

so true the small sites are the dodgyest.only play freerolls or free nodeposit online,i dont think you can trrust many online sites,esspecial cauze theres money involved

Maybe the little pokerrooms cud be little suspicious. But the big ones not i think. They make money with rake, so if its suspicious the people go away to another rom and they dont make money.
But for sure there was sometin goin on with absolute and unibet, sometin with former employees who seeing wholecards of other people. But i dont believe online poker is rigged with setup cards no.

i know theyr not rigged but i saw a show on tv some weeks ago about some vegas hotels. were poker pro's had gotten a worm in their computer when loggin on to their local network. the wrom made it possible for the one's they were playing to see their whole cards. he lost bigtime on this and got no compensation.

Thats basically how Ap was conned, backdoor program,but if i rember correctly "pottripper" exposed himself, or as i like to think the site(s), sometimes there is more than meets the eye, pokersites share info and for some reason your have had anouther account took off you, if i was you i would phone them and find out why, its possable that some of your info is linked to a cheat in some way, this may be a continuing problem for you if you cat resolve the reason for sudden exclusion

They finally replied to one of my inquiries and told me absolutely nothing. My account is still locked out of the system and all I have been told is that "We have checked your account and you are not locked out. We have reset the log on your account and you should try to log in again."
Did absolutely nothing and again I am no further ahead than I was before they responded.

yes this room is awfull a friend of me sign in this room he play for fun and after he make a deposit he claim is deposit and support tell him " your bonus deposit is expired" the bonus for first deposit has expired behind deposit
it is a joke ? NO
my friend sent many mail but never had a first deposit bonus this is only room to do that

I don't know what you guys are talking about. I played on microgaming network many times and I've never had any problems. In fact, I do like Unibets layout and of course there's many scandinavians there so you feel like you're at home
Secound of all, I would say that you can definatly trust in Unibet. It's a big company that has been running around for years. Stop talk b******t if you don't have evidence, and i'm sure it's just a big missunderstanding if you get locked out. Maybe it's your computer or something ( i'm no computer-tech )

Ok no offence but pay attention you might learn something. I was complaining about their support because I waited almost 4 days on a response to my inquiries and received an answer that fixed nothing and told me less. I would assume that if it was a computer problem that the people employed to be support for a site should be able to inform me of this after I ask politely 3 times.
Last thing, PROOF???? It's my account think I know if I cannot log into it or not and for the record because you played there many times and had no trouble doesn't mean it goes that smoothly for everyone.
