Hello. Since I'm unable to get in touch with BM staff (my e-mails seem to be ignored), I wanted to ask if anybody had a problem with 200$ no deposit bonus on WinnerPoker? While I received first batch of 15$ even sooner than I was told I would, I'm yet to receive second batch of 30$ even though it has been 2 whole weeks since I qualified for it. It's getting pretty annoying, BM staff could at least notify me about it.

Hmm i think you should contact winnerpoker support as they will be most likely in a better position to help you. Try poking the winnerpoker support as terms may have changed as the bonus was here for a long time, but if BRM cannot help you, you are still getting bonuses. I got my bonus from winner and did not have any problems there even they gave me $20 when i busted my bonus lol.

As Heskor says you need to contact winner about the next phase of the bonus.I would think that BRM just do the introduction stage and then all the next stages will be up to winner to implement.

Probably its is the winnerpoker that it is responsible of giving you the rest of the money. Since you got the initial some that means BRM did what they were supposed to do. Send an email to winnerpoker support enquiring about this and if they tell you that BRM needs to get involved write a new thread or reply to this one again.

A friend of mine had the same problem.
It seems like the system is somehow glitched and WinnerPoker Staff doesn't really acknowledge it OR they simply are ignoring you, which I don't believe.
Just keep trying, I know it can be a frustrating, especially because 2 weeks have already passed since then, but one man gotta keep going, right?

ive heard some other people had problems with winnerbonus so you should try talking to their support, which is unusually fast for one iPoker skin, at least in my case it was fast

I took your advice and contacted WinnerPoker support instead of trying to reach BRM support. They answered immediately that this issue will be resolved in the next few days. Thanks guys, don't know why I didn't think of contacting them in the first place.
