PP have a nice promotion in june you play 25 hands of cash game and you get a ticket for a nice freeroll at 20.00 Et the ticket have to be win the same day.
3 days ago i finished playing my 25 hands around 19.45 ET and no ticket for me.
So i called customer service after explantion the guy said we had a few like this i will give that to other dpt. and you should have you ticket but at this time the tournament was starting in 3min. so i said ok but if i cant get it today give it to me for the next day.
Next morning went to see and my ticket was there.
Now come the time to go play the tournament impossible to logged in the software.
Another call to customer service and they said yes we are down now try later.Could not play the game again but later when i logged in th tickket was still there for today. Hope i will be able to play.

Well done on your achievement and getting the prize of a ticket. don't be too frustrated about relative timings and little issues like party poker having server issues......it happens. Take it easy and enjoy your game and try and makes good cash out.
yeah PP software has been a problem lately....almost 3 days now that i cant log in to my PP account...and dont cash out on PP because you will be hot by a string of bad luck after....or maybe downswings....
Haven't played on Party Poker for awhile after the end of the Leader Board Race always they have some technical issues and haven't yet seemed too fix them there competition never seems too have a problem Stars Tilt 888 GL with the ticket

Well sad to hear you are having bad experience with party joker sometimes their software make you go crazy and you can tilt because of this i remember when i got tilted on their software, played on another room and the tilt carried on and i loss a fair chunk of money thanks to party poker. Anyway if you read my posts you will see i am an advocate of not playing on party poker except for freeroll which sucks too sometimes!

It seems, that you have the right aggression to play this freeroll in the near future Or perhaps they mean a free-lol and not a freeroll? But it is really not funny to see this problems with their software, that was a waste of time.
I love how their poker client suddenly lags and for half a minute freezes.
Yesterday I hit a straight flush (finally, last mission objective) and wanted to change missions. And of course a freeze and I was unable to change the missions and now I have to wait another thousands of hands for the next straight flush.

If this is true just send e-mail to support with hand number and they will you finish mission manually.
