Posted by Divinitas: Action poker has to work on its software. It really lags badly as soon as I open more than one table and sometimes the software puts me on sit out on both tables without a reason, me not being able to enter the games again without an ennerving " catch the sit in button within a nanosecond"-sidegame. The graphics are okay. The good thing is: the concurrence is very soft, the bonus offers are very fair, the relatively low traffic allows to effectively analyze peoples play. Theres no skill difference between 0.25/0.50, 0.50/1 NL, and even the higher games.
I managed to turn my free br into 400 bucks within 3 days , clearing both bouses plus the first deposit bonus. The bonuses are easy to clear, the support is friendly and fast enough. Okay, I cashed out 260, but thats okay, after losing a set of kings on a board of A 2 6 K against AK which rivered the 2 outer and hitting some icecold decks with me always holding the inferior pocketpair in a big showdown against a sh+++y player.
I`ll check back to the site from time to time to see if they fixed the problem with the speed and maybe then move in with 1 or 2 k. Until then I prefer to keep playing at FTP, which is clearly the best site when it comes to design and action.
Action Poker has some potential, but I doubt that they can track enough cashgame players who move in with their own money.
I agree on the Full tilt part, I know lot's of people don't like it but it kinda works for me till now, first I hated the table layout but i get used to that. About the lag problems, I have them with Partypoker
I had to get used to the strange graphics too. At first I preferred the IPokernetwork, Titan, Cd etc.. Then I switched to Pokerstars and then finally arrived at full tilt.
Always action, fast, very good support, fair bonuses and: easy cash in/ out. Works within seconds. Plus: the tournaments are getting better and better. You can really see that its run by pros.

1) u had note 0 playtech room and all playtechs rooms are better than other. best prize pool garanted for small buy in for example 30 000 $ garanted every day for 10+1$ buy in thats the best tourny of web and 10 000 $ garanted fo 5+.50 buy in
in action poker the prize pool garanted are real weak
try titan poker bankrollmob give you 25$ try you will see
Action Poker, only played a couple of freerolls nice to see it favours gd hands not like some sites that reward poor ones. I think adding bounty and head hunter tourneys and sngos would increass traffic. Advantage of playing at new site, with gd customer support, is building a bankroll as site grows, get to know the gd players the fish and noobs, New sites need to throw a few no deposit give aways to increass traffic for the house players , players that spend most of there and promote there site and offer thoses peeps rakeback
humm, IMAO, full tilt or maybe Titan is the best client.. played at FT, TP, Party Poker, Pokerstars, VC Poker, Mansio(quite good, as well), and CD Poker, but i think, Full tilt makes is - nice interface, really great support - beloved
Hi I agree Actionpoker software is very nice support is great and i had helpful telephone calls from manager to assist my 1st deposit absolutely brilliant site, shame is the low traffic but im sure it will increase fast, the promotions especially for live events are over the top
no.......action poker is in my oppinion one of the baddest site i have ever seen......... bad interface no traffic....( and if somebody play, than a canadian player) sure the support is ok..........the bonus also.......... but there have a bad tuney structure........if i have cleared the bonus, i will change to full tilt
I haven't tried Action Poker yet but I plan on doing so in the near future. I'll save my vote for later ..right now it would be other because I've only tried a few of the sites listed.
