Haven't Got that options either (under the Casino Tab). It's there on the Poker Tab on though.
I didnt find it, or have access to it here in the UAE, or when i was in Germany. It may be for a few selected countries. I wouldn't be surprised since it's rather new, and they may be testing the games and servers...

They dont have proper licenses probably, or online casino games are prohibited in some countries. Thats why the differences between the availability. But any way Full Til is for poker. If you want to play casino games, find another site. There are many woith no deposit bonuses.

I also think it's a license think, licenses are different for poker games and for casino games...
Also it doesn't matter if you made an account in a country that is unavailable and you go in a country in which is available, it will still be unavailable to you...
