No luck again yesterday and i could really do with a winner today. Today's selection is, Found in the 3.55 at the Curragh, this filly ran a tremendous race last time out and looks to be nailed on today to run a big race

Our horse finished second yesterday which was very frustrating. Today's selection is, Scarlet Sash in the 2.05 at Leicester, this horse is steadily improving and looks primed to run a very big race today and should be thereabouts at the finish

Low stake on win Modernism in 3.20 Newmarket at 12/1 (Paddy Power) - looked on the way back to best form at Pontefract last week and was a close third in this race last year off a higher mark. Modernism made his second start for the Fahey yard a winning one at Pontefract last week, the faster ground helping him to a decisive win. He’s up 5lb for that success but he remains fairly treated on his old form.

No luck yesterday with our selection. Today's selection is, One Word More in the 1.45 at York, this horse produced a very good win first time out and i can forgive the last run because he was drawn wide on the outside and rates a very good each way bet today at the odds of about 14/1

Double Up won as he liked on his return to action at Newmarket a couple of weeks ago and can live up to his name by striking gold once more at Nottingham on Sunday.

Our big each way bet came fourth yesterday at the odds of 14/1, so we made a very nice profit on the bet. Today's selection is, Unknown Legend in the 3.30 at Southwell, this horse is in good heart at the present and should give another good account of itself today

We were very unlucky yesterday, our horse was 10 lengths clear when falling at the second last fence, and this was painful to watch. Today's selection is, Birchwood in the 3.40 at Naas, this horse will win, simples!!!!!!

We had a very easy 9/4 winner yesterday and this was very much appreciated (and needed!!). Today's selection is, Deep Blue Sea in the 3.20 at Nottingham, this horse produced a big speed figure when just getting beat last time out and must have a good chance of going one better today

Our horse was beaten in a photo finish yesterday at 6/1 and this was painful to watch. Today's selection is, Pull The Pin in the 2.30 at Hamilton, this horse ran really well last time out and the time figure it produced gives it a serious chance today

Our last selection lost and i apologise for that. Today's selection is, Gabrial in the 3.10 at York. This horse is such a consistent performer that i cant see it being out of the first three today and at the odds of 8/1 rates a good each way play

Is rain forecast at York on Saturday and possibly enough to have a significant effect on the ground,and fast-ground specialists have become less appealing. ONE WORD MORE looks worth backing at 14s in the JCB Handicap,at 2.35 York there are some really good horses available at huge prices including BURNT SUGAR at 33/1. in 3.45 York
