Go to your MobMail inbox: http://www.bankrollmob.com/mobmail.asp Look for the mail that has a "star"-icon left to the subject, click on the mail. Then at the bottom of the mail there's a 60 second countdown timer, once it has counted down, you can click the link to claim.

When I go to my inbox there is just one mail. That when it was my birthday I earned a free mob ticket. But that's the only mail in several years ? Why don't I get any mails?

Maybe you removed messages? If there is no that anyway there had to be messages on confirmation of verification of the account, on successful opening of the safe (and at you I see them very much) about the first post at a forum and other different messages. At least to me such messages came.
Without the option "Yes" mail won't go in any way. If permission is included then address to the site administrator for explanations. He to you think will help.
Settings here the minimum. Report then about result.

Wow i never know you could read mail to get mob points because of that sometimes i do not ready my mail and this make me lose some precious free mob point which i could have won if i have just read the mob mail thanks for the help on how to get the mob points by reading mails, so now i will read my mails and wait for the link to appears to claim the mob points. Hehe thanks admin and hope you guys also read your mails. Cheers have fun guys at the tables!
