Nice day Well the problem I have is due to the fact that when I try to create an account in this room, the option for bonus, will not let me enter any code, send a message to support, but is date that do not solve me the problem, someone more happened the same problem? any suggestions for this problem?

Simple as that if for any reason any poker sites are not helpful then better not join because you might regret it afterwards because for opening the account you are not getting help and what about when you will try to cashout or have problem in game on that poker room?
My advice here would be to join another site where support is good and you will not get bad surprises anyway good luck in your poker adventure and have fun at the tables mate. England close to losing!

Well after seeing this thread too it's clear that the problem is on their end...
Couple of minutes ago i saw a similar thread and since i thought the problem is odd i asked the OP what uses as internet browser, but now is clear that the problem is on their end
