Hi everyone !
This is my first blog in BRM and wanted to make it here for motivation and collecting some mob points as well (which will make me post regularly and don't be lazy)
Well I'm playing on ipoker (mainly) and I got a nice RB deal so I'll keep grinding in this room until I reach 1k$ and then thinking about another goal.
My goal will be following:
[ ] play 7 DoNs a day [ ] Rake 1€/day [ ] Reach 80€/108$ bankroll to take shots at NL4€ and move up to 2€ DoNs [ ] Reach 100€/135$ bankroll to take shots at NL5€ speed and be a regular at NL4 . . [ ]Reach 1k$ bankroll ----------------------------------- I played today some NL2 and made 1.8$ profits + 3$ RB

It's great that you decided to make a blog about this new challenge of yours
I like that you managed to secure a good rakeback deal, it's very important to have one, in some days it makes the difference between being a losing player or a winning player!

Cheers mate good luck and hope you get the blog going, starting a blog is easy but being bale to keep it going is what the goals should be so good luck at the tables hope you get some money and achieve the goals you set yourself. So good luck mate and hope you get to the top in the poker world, though one of my advice would be not to set difficult target as you won't be able to make it and therefore you will lose motivation to continue with the blog and so on. Anyway cheers, will be watching this space for any update!!

GL and keep us posted!
Sure ! RB is very important especially in ipoker because of the rake is too high and the field is composed of sick RB nitty grinders

Thanks Heskor for everything you said ! Hearing such words makes me feel really happy and motivated. You're right about setting reasonable targets and don't hurry to achieve big goals.

Cheer mate you progressing fast mate , though yeah you on a bad swing it seems maybe cut the PlO and play NLHE and play lower stakes plo just to not get bored with poker from times to times. Also studying one game and one format is better as you will learn more from it and you could do better at that particular format rather than play different ones and risk the risk of being a jack of all trade master of none. Anyway good luck again and keep crushing hope you recovers from the swings soon!

Ty mate
As you said I cut the PLO8 and start to focus more and more on the quality and avoid playing too much hands and of course start to learn how to table select and it's really a great help and more EV+ to do so I discovered that PLHE is amazingly a lot softer than NLHE and had a great winrate on these tables.
Anyways, I'm 6$ away from my first goal which is Reach 80€/108$ bankroll to take shots at NL4€ and move up to 2€ DoNs

Thanks magatt !
Well I'm break even on DONs but thanks to RB I'm still positive. I advice you to play the Turbo DONs 6max (avoid Super turbos 4max) and exploit them post flop in early stages because they are extremely weak PF. undeed I prefere to play against regs instead of fishes because fishes tends to call you with ramdom hands in late stage especially when you're short stack. Unfortunately the rake is too high in DONs and there is no traffic mostly of the time that's why I'm playin cash game right now.

Why are you playing micro SNGs on ipoker? Even if you have a good 50% deal or so, as for DoNs they are still overraked then. If I was you I'd try to grind a 200€ bankroll and then solely grind the 5€ DoNs,where rake is only half as much as on the micros. While I heard competition is tougher there, if you work on your game while building up a roll the 5€s should be beatable.
What you do right now as for DoNs is solely rakeback grinding, I'm sure pre rakeback no one will get off better than breakeven, not sure if that's even possible longterm at 20% rake, I doubt it to be honest.
Could you maybe tell me how many hands (or time and how many tables) you needed approx. for these $3 RB in your first post that one day?

Sure DoNs are overraked but they are soft. Indeed because it's overraked, regs avoid DoNs especially in 1€ and 2€ and I consider that even I'm BE, I have a +5% ROI thanks to RB . The 5€ are really hard to beat as my friend said.
Well because of summer, the traffic is low so I switched to NLHE and PLO8 and learning how to beat the cash game.
About the 3$ RB : I don't have a tracker so can't tell exactly how many hands but I played 100hands in PLO4 and 300 hands in NL2.

Didn't played a long time because of medecine study and it seems that it affected my play since I'm currently on a 5BI downswing. So I'll stop playing poker until vacation comes So I'll have time to rest, play my A game and hopefully reach the 1k$ mark

You can't call that a downswing, but taking a break is maybe a good plan. Gl at the tblz

Study is taking most of my time and can't really find time to grind poker and I want to avoid stress and tireness because it's affect my study.
Poker wise, I played some hands on stars and unibet (less than 500 hands ) and it seems that omaha is not liking me as I lost 10$ in Unibet and stars. I think that I'll stick to holdem and rebuild my bankroll on unibet.
