Such a nice no deposit bonus , i wagered out the needed amount of money and now i am having 50 $ at there that i would like to cash out , but .....
I am not able to do that , because they have extremly hard document verification , they need a statement where is written your name and adress , and the document can't be older then 3 month , so they don't like my official document of a bank statement wich was too old for them ......

Don't even try man.. I have tried so many times, but certain casinos are just a waste of time.
I was once asked to place my credit card under a paper and slightly go over it with a pencil and then scan/fax it back + other nonsense i was supposed to send.

ahaha that's pretty stupid, next thing their are going to ask is a complete photoshoot of yourself holding different documents like id, and driver licence lol, maybe even the today's newspaper to make sure you are real ahahah

ask them do you have to send same ID verification stuff if you want to deposit money in that case they are like 'screw verification that s**t is overrated anyways'.

Well it was more funny when they didn't accept a document of Europian parlament voting , when you need to go vote for govorment people who will sit in Europian parlament , there was written my name , adress and it was just sligly older then 1 month that they do accept , it was 2014 , march 11 ... So i guess they just don't want to give money away even if it took me more then 6 hours to wager there and then i earned my self 50 $
