this blog somehow reminds me of Viktor Blom's adventures... of course lower limits and not only poker, but the pattern looks similar. don't take this negatively- i surely hope that one day you will hit the jackpot or some uber multi mega super dooper combo with odds of at least 145580:1

That's how it usually works. There's good weeks and there's bad weeks. No matter how much skill is involved you will have ups and downs. But that's why we love to play these games.. For the winning feeling

It seems like you had a very decent week! It could have been a lot more profitable, but it also could have been worse if you wouldn't have accepted your friend's suggestion to make some money by betting on basketball. Tough luck with the poker thing but don't worry, maybe you'll get luckier next time and get that 270 euros back to your bankroll, or maybe even more than that! Keep gambling and winning man! Got to say - very interesting blog. Although Poker is my main game I often find myself to be a degen (esp. at the evil slots) myself, so this is a very interesting read

Cheers mate maybe cut off the poker as you seem to be losing on that format or play lesser stakes but try to learn a new game like sngs or omaha hi low lol. Anyway nice return at the end of the day so very much congratulations for being in profit after the day , not many people would have been in profit if they try all 3 games. Anyway good luck mate and hope you crush and continue to make a lot of money off bookies and fishes alike!

I just finished some PL (but Texas) before reading your post and i was thinking how well you describe the complexity of the game. I just lost with JJ for AA after a series of downswings and i though "this is my good hand", but after all it wasn't, but after so many raises and re-raises pre-flop, i just couldn't that hand anymore, and when i saw a third ace coming to the table... i came to read some more at BRM, which is what i do best
