Ohio State vs Oregon

ORE -6 Total 76

No matter what else is being said about this match-up, this is a major event in college sports. It is result of the very first College Football Playoff and it pits the University of Oregon against THE Ohio State University for a definitive National Championship.

My NFL PLayoff Divisional Round Write-ups - Part 2 of 4.

Panthers@Seahawks

This is a tough matchup. On one hand you've got the Seahawks home field advantage - in 2015 only the Cowboys was able to overcome this and the other hand you 've got the Panthers who are on a 5 game winning streak and whom defense is hot like never before (or hot like when they ended up in the Super Bowl ten years ago). In fact this match-up has two really solid defenses - Seattle is not what it was a year ago, but still dangerous and Carolina is very capable to eff up anybody, just look at their previous game last year where Seattle only won by 4 points and the game was sooo under it felt like they played in a cobalt mine.
Both team have good running game and both have qbs who could extend plays with their legwork but as I mentioned this is a tough matchup for the Seahawks - they are practicaly playing a team which built like theirs. So the 10.5-11 points advantage Carolina gets in their point spread is begging to take them, and I would advise the same too...I don't know who will win, but it will be definitely a close game, it's not common that divisional games bring double-digit blowouts.

My NFL PLayoff Divisional Round Write-ups - Part 3 of 4.

Cowboys@Packers

This is going to be a cold goddamn game. Freezing cold. It will be so cold, that the referees have to scratch off the ice from their feet before each play to be in close of all the happenings (okay not literally - Packers now could warm their field). However Cowboys are 8-0 on the road in this season and Green Bay only favoured almost a TD because they are 8-0 too - at their home - the Lambeau Field. Otherwise this matchup would be as close to pick'em as could be.
Packers have their offensive stats infalted by their two games against a Bears, and the Cowboys made a well-deserved comeback last week against Detroit. So, I would advise everybody that you shouldn't get on the Packers hype machine, this game will be close, this game will be under. Green Bay do not have a great run defense, Dallas do not have a great secondary so the matchup begs you to take the over, but as I mentioned the weather will be affect this game very much, and usually that means under, under, under. Also, I think just as in the RAvens game, the underdogs moneyline holds the best value here. Dallas has a legit claim to be in the NFC title game next week, so I pick Dallas straight up.

Carolina Panthers @ Seattle Seahawks

Under is 6-1 in Panthers last 7 games after allowing less than 150 yards passing in their previous game.
Under is 4-0 in Seahawks last 4 games after allowing less than 90 yards rushing in their previous game.
Under is 4-1 in the last 5 meetings.

my bet: under

Colts@Broncos

Well, Andrew 'The Giant' Luck versus Mr. Forrest 'Noodle-Arm' Gump in Colorado. A match made in heaven, Indianapolis is after an easy game with the Bengals and Manning is after a bye week which he needed like never before. The consensus is on Denvers side, nobody thinks that the Colts could even play a close game here. Denver will run the ball and Indy will try throwing deep into downfield.
The weather won't be an issue 'cuz Colorado didn't got many snowstorms since december, the issue at hand would be probably how both of these defenses will fair against each other. Indy can play though, but their overall defense numbers are not great, and played some nasty blowouts against good teams in the regular season - Denver on the other hand have a very-very capable defense who can stop the run, and without running games and play action I really don't see how the Colts will be allowed to play their regular game tomorrow night. They will need a very specific gameplan to put a stop on CJ Anderson and Denvers ground attack and I don't think they are capale of doing that.
Denver -7, Denver staright up, Denver all the way and the under.

Dallas Cowboys @ Green Bay Packers

Over is 7-0 in Cowboys last 7 road games.
Over is 6-0 in Cowboys last 6 road games vs. a team with a winning home record.
Over is 4-0 in Packers last 4 Divisional Playoffs games.

Packers are 4-0 ATS in their last 4 home games vs. a team with a winning road record.
Packers are 3-0-1 ATS in their last 4 games after accumulating more than 350 total yards in their previous game.

my bet: Green Bay Packers to win & over

Well, Ravens, Cowboys was close, Carolina never had a chance and Peyton forget how to throw so this obviously wasn't my best weekend bettingwise.

I am doing this mirexxx style, now I do a write-up after the game have already been played.

Ohio state against Oregon

Tough matchup, Oregon was favoured by a touchdown in their spread but the line constantly keeps moving so there are movements from -7.5 to even -5.5 which means public backing Ohio due to the news of Carrington's ineligibility and I expect it to close around 5 or -4.5 which not so bad considering that previously everybody thought Oregon shouldn't even play his they deserved the title outright.
Urban Meyer will do anything in his power to make this game remaining close, he really don't want to see Alabama giving up that many points in the second half like Florida State against the Ducks.

So with this, OHIO Money Line is the play here.

Green Bay at Seattle

SEA -7.5 Total 47

The Legion of Boom is about to meet a true Aerial Assault when the Green Bay Packers head to Seattle for the NFC Championship.
Packers and Seahawks are the ones who made it through and they'll square off in a battle of true opposites.

NFL Championship Round write-up part one of two

Packers@Seahwaks

I do not buy into Rodgers calf injury nor should you. It was a great(?) moment on week 17 to boost his 2014 MVP campaign, otherwise I would say nothing really shows me that he couldn't throw from the pistol as usually. Seahawks pass rush must get to him, if they won't be able to sack him a couple of times then this game is going to be dangerously close. They need to close the gaps so Lacy can't run over them and they need to pressure Rodgers into throws he really don't want to let go...
I am expecting an under, but since this one is for the Bowl, everything could happen. Sure Packers will be putting up greater resistance than Carolina a week ago but Carolina had better defense on all fronts and they still was unable to stop Seattle. If Seahawks can take around 24 points up to the board they are going to the Super Bowl, no doubt.

The Packers will be hoping that Aaron Rodgers has enough juice left in him to finish out this postseason. Rodgers has been nursing his calf injury and that could severely limit his mobility which would be huge against the Seahawks front 7.

NFL Championship Round write-up part two of two

Colts@Patriots

If tonight could any underdog upset the favourite then this matchup where there's biggest possibility of this to happen...
Luck vs. Brady, Pagano vs. Belichick. So, The Colts is almost a 7 points underdog here, and they didn't even put Trent Richardson on the aeroplane to go with them in Foxborough - where they didn't win a game since I don't know how long - which suggest me that the limited running play duties will be on Boom Herron again, who could run, block and catch so could possibly make this game hell to the Pats.
The Pats, which now have zero pass rush or running game, and their O-Line could use some quiet time - all these red flags tells me, that this game will be even closer than the Packers-Seahawks and every sportsbettor waiting for an upset 'cuz the Colts money line is so tasty - if their defense can hold up The Pats like they did with Denver this game will be more than interesting. They gonna need some luck Big Smile after all, but it's managable IMO.

Nobody expecting that they are able to win this, sooo...
Colts +6.5 All day.

I do not know who will be the winner tomorrow night at the Superb Owl - these opposing two teams have similar traits so they are not the best possible matchup - safest bet would be the under 48 points and I am leaning on the Patriots, since they probably will be pretty much worked up after this 'deflategate' but Seattle is very dangerous and Wilson might not have left another 4 INT game in his hands this year, so...
Under 48 and Marshall Lynch 4 MVP are my two cents.

I am not an expert in NFL football but Seattle seems to start as the favorite.
Patriots have also a very good team but just with the rumors of the defleate ball i think that this will affect them in their play.

For these reason my bet will be for Seattle Smile

New England Patriots vs Seattle Seahawks

NE -1 Total 47

Super Bowl XLIX is upon us, and for once people are talking more about football than they are about the commercials or halftime show. The Patriots have dodged both inflategate and a New England blizzard to take on the Seahawks in the Arizona dessert.

New England Patriots VS. Seattle Seahawks

Patriots are 0-4 ATS in their last 4 games in February.
Patriots are 0-4 ATS in their last 4 Superbowl games.
Patriots are 1-9 ATS in their last 10 games on grass.
Seahawks are 4-0-1 ATS in their last 5 games after accumulating more than 150 yards rushing in their previous game.
Seahawks are 5-1-1 ATS in their last 7 games following a S.U. win.

my bet: Seattle Seahawks to win
