bogus sites get annonimity on forums   0
Why when a person gets bumped by a bad or bogus site do the forums remove the name of the dodgy site from the forum thread ,surely these sites should be named and shamed for to stop other people from falling for their false promises and dud bonuses

bec the site can not make sure the info you provided there is a fact? lets say i write somthing bad about you, what is not true...

maybe its just a principle tho...

surely if the site being questioned was known it would give people the chance to either disagree with my claim and defend the site because of their success at the given site or agree with my claims and through the forums bring down the dodgy site and stop their false bonuses and download promises after all in the signe up prosedures they ask for ID that could be missused and they get you to down load their of sites that they get commition or payment for.Annonimity leaves them free to malpractise.Shocking Angry

question here is did you write: "XY is bogus" or "my experience with XY was not good". i am however no lawyer or the BRM forum moderation or support. i just think its very questionable to allow forummembers to directly slander other sites. especially when this one can be made responsible by law... maybe you just used misunderstandable wording?

in general i agree with you. it should be fine to adress negative experience here too. you are the first person complaining about not beeing able to, i notice. we were talking a lot about negative experiences in the past as well.

Several issues on hand here:

1) We do not want to give free advertisement for our competitors, being with or without link. And as you know, all advertisement (even the bad one) are good advertisement.

2) It's not our job to determine which of our competitors are bogus etc.

3) And it's not our job to teach people how to google a website/company first, before they purchase/use that website Smile I do it whenever I buy from an online company I've never bought from before, to find out what peoples experience etc are.

I think it speaks for itself those sites are crap, how can you win $4000 while you do nothing like they claim.Just don't open sites that advertise free winnings or poker hacks and other impossible things.

lol Well I lost my Unibet account after it was locked out on me for some unknown reason that they never explained to me despite numerous attempts to find out on my part.

if its too good to be true then it probably is.so many poker sites out there to day its not funny.do a little resurch on the sit you wanna join first especially if its a new one.you can normally find comments on google if you type the sites name.altho its very hard to sue for slandering on the net unless they are based in your country, you cant sue across countries.why piracy is hard to prossecute.alot of countries have no laws for the internet or its content.make your own blog if you feel that annoyed.why russians are locked out of most sites cauz the have no laws and abuse is rife.also you must remember poker sites dont have to do anything, why most are based in countries with no laws.if they dont want to pay you out they ddont have to,and theres nothing yuu can do! Aww crap! the big ones always pretty honest or they make no money.
